Instructions for ordering hair products of Lyn Hair

  1. Access Lyn Hair’s information page including website, Instagram, YouTube… or contact a consultant to receive product catalog and choose the product you want to buy.
  2. After selecting the product you want to order, please send us product information including: Quantity you want to order, length, texture type, color (attach photo file or product link). Products, if any) in the following ways:

  1. We will check information, product requirements (product quality, quantity, color, texture…) and confirm with you within 24 hours.
  2. Our staff will work and provide you with information about your order including: invoice, payment method, shipping method, production time, delivery time…. Your item will be manufactured, packaged and shipped to the carrier approximately 5-7 days from the time you complete payment.
  3. After you receive the goods, please check the order and inform us again.

Note: In order to serve to deal with the arising cases of lack of goods, defective goods… You should record a video when receiving and unpacking, and send it back to us.
