RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
To protect the interests of buyers, Lyn hair offers a return policy within 15 days. Please review the terms carefully before placing an order.
- Reasons for returning goods
The product is delivered with the wrong quantity, wrong model compared to the order.
The product is damaged due to the fault of the manufacturer (the quality and design of the product is different from the quality standards announced by the company).
- Conditions
Condition of products:
We only accept returns for products that have not been used, have not been subjected to chemical intervention by customers, or used heat to curl, press and style.
Time:
We accept returns within 15 days, please ensure the condition of the product is new, unused hair (perm, shampoo, straightener). If the goods you received are defective, please return to the unpacking video to contact us before returning.
We do not accept product returns if the customer cannot prove the product you received was damaged due to a factory defect.
Cost: The cost will depend on each specific case.
